Naila Sharif

I am currently working part time for Pennine care NHS as an Health and Wellbeing advisor. Experienced Health Trainer, working within a diverse community supporting behaviour change. Confident in presenting information to a range of audience. Approachable and supportive working with individuals who want to make changes to their lifestyle to improve their health and wellbeing. In my role using an asset-based approach, I identify the strengths and support structures available to each client to make and sustain positive lifestyle. I have 15 years experience of working with BAME women in Ashton and have a good understanding of local issues. I’m also working as an active volunteer with a local registered charity called Khushamdid and since 2016 have elected as the chairperson.  I am passionate about empowering people through the power of knowledge.
